Established in 2007
I started in the Window Coverings business in 1992 working at The Wallpaper Factory Outlet in Belvedere Illinois. My main job duties included fabricating Miniblinds, Vertical Blinds. Also installation and repair of Windows Coverings, shipping & receiving products such as wallpaper and blinds. In 1995 I was hired on at Eddie Z’s Blinds & Drapery to fabricate Vertical Blinds, installation and customer service. The company grew fairly quickly and I soon found myself becoming a full time company installer. I stayed on till 2001 as a company paid installer. In 2001 I became an independent installer and branched out to other aspects of the business. I started Ikonic Blinds in 2007 with encouragement from family and friends and an opportunity I could predict. Since 2007 I have offered quality Window Covering and installation at unmatched prices.
